Quick Close Chat collects information you choose to share in chat, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, training goals, budget, and accommodation preferences. We use it to answer your inquiry, coordinate staff follow-up, and improve service quality.

Chat conversations are handled through Chatwoot. Staff may use connected internal tools to review conversation context and follow up. We do not sell personal information.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you shared with us, contact the Quick Close Chat team through the public chat channel.
